Here you can see where my crappy measuring for the left trackball button reared it's ugly head. The button threads are so close they're actually touching the trackball casinng, and getting the collar on to lock the button in place is impossible. The Silver lining, though, is that the contact between the two is so tight that the button stays quite securely in place.... crisis averted!
